Nationals rookie Spencer Kieboom spit a tooth out before hitting his first career home run.  The homer put the first run on the board and could be the first one hit following the hitter spitting a tooth out.

Most MLB players don’t forget their first career home run, Kieboom really won’t forget his.  On a separate note, he might need to be looked at by a doctor or something.  I don’t think it’s normal for your teeth to just fall out.
