Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert continues to climb up NFL draft boards.
According to the Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller, he could be the second quarterback taken in the draft ahead of Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa.
Teams are pointing to the health concerns when it Tagovailoa and the inability to have their own doctors examine him following multiple ankle and hip injuries.
