Tuesday is Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky’s 25th birthday. So naturally his girlfriend, Hillary Gallagher, wished her “best friend” a happy birthday.
Gallagher shared a few pictures of the two of them enjoying each other’s company with the caption, “Happy birthday to my bestfriend! Love doing life with you.”

Trubisky is living it up at 25. He’s the starting quarterback on a team on the rise, he’s going to cash in on that very soon and he has a very beautiful woman to share it all with. It doesn’t get much better than that.
