The Cleveland Indians Double A affiliate, the Akron RubberDucks, held a ceremony on Monday night to retire LeBron James’ number 23.
Because of course they did, he did flee Cleveland for a second time after all. That is number retirement worthy.

As I’m sure you are well aware, LeBron is not a baseball player, nor did he avoid a gambling suspension to play the sport.
He is however from Akron, Ohio. This must be how they roll in Akron. LeBron will have to wait a little while longer for the Cavaliers to retire his number and hang it in the rafters.
