Angels star and Eagles fan, Mike Trout, was in Philadelphia on Thursday night for the Eagles season opener.  Also in attendance for the big night was the Lombardi Trophy.

The two did run into each other.

Unfortunately for baseball’s best player, this is the closest he’s ever come to winning a title of his own.  Maybe some of Philly’s magic will rub off on Trout and he can bottle it up and bring it to spring training next year.  There’s no need for him to waste any of the magic on this season.

Soon the Angels season will be over and Trout can turn his energy to being the Eagles number one fanboy.
