The house listed last year for $9.498 million after being renovated by the previous owner, who had bought the property in 2016 for $4.225 million, according to listing records.

On the middle level is the master suite, complete with his-and-her closets. Outside there is a three-car garage and a pool, complete with a built-in area for dogs, according to the listing
