The Buccaneers and Titans are holding joint practices this week.  While there haven’t been any reports of punches thrown, there has been a report of receiver Mike Evans burning corner Malcolm Butler.

The move makes Patriots head coach Bill Belichick look like a genius for not playing him in the Super Bowl and not signing Butler to a long-term deal.  

Evans faked Butler right out of his jock and easily caught a pass.  He made the corner look like a guy who just stepped off the street, not a Super Bowl hero.

This isn’t the first time Evans has done this to a corner and it won’t be the last.  That said, if you’re a shutdown corner, that can never happen.  Not even in practice.
