Twins third baseman Miguel Sano was carted off the field in the second inning of Tuesday night’s game against the Astros. The lower leg injury occurred after a late slide into second base.
It didn’t look like much on the replay, but Sano was unable to put any weight on the leg and was in significant pain.

It turned out to not be anything serious. The Twins gave the positive update on the injury saying Sano suffered a lower left leg bruise.

You need to be carted off for a bruise? Come on. Someone needs to tell Sano that the cart is for real injuries.
