Michigan State guard Cassius Winston played on Sunday night against Binghamton less than 24 hours after his brother Zachary died in a train accident. He dropped a double-double during the 100-47 win with 17 points and 11 assists.
It’s tough to play after something like this happens, but at the same time most athletes just want to get out and play to help take their minds off of it.
