The two were married in 1999 but ended their relationship in 2006. The divorce was nasty and ended with Jean being awarded $15.3 million and $18,000 a month in child support.
The two share 15-year-old twin daughters, Sophia and Isabella, who live with their mother. The child support was decreased down to around $13,000 a month in 2009.
In September 2019, Jean took Michael back to court in New York. She accuses him of owing her over $500,000 in support.
Jean said Michael agreed to cover half of their daughter’s horseback riding bills. She said the bill came out to $450,802 since 2017. However, she said Michael has refused to pay the $225,000. Michael claims he never agreed to such a deal with Jean.
Money makes the world go round, but it also makes family situations very difficult, especially when there’s a lot of it.
