Melvin Gordon Says the Chargers Prepared Him for Playing in Empty Stadiums

“Bro, we didn’t have fans anyway,” Gordon said. “I’ll be honest, we didn’t have many Chargers fans at the game. Much loyalty and love, but we didn’t have many, so I’m not missing anything.”

Gordon isn’t wrong.  The fans in Los Angeles didn’t show up to support the new team.  He played in a largely empty stadium for home games.
