Melvin Gordon Says He Wants to Stay With the Chargers

Despite Melvin Gordon’s current holdout, he said on Saturday, while speaking to a group of people at the Go Sports Con, that he wants to stay in Los Angeles with the Chargers.  He also admitted that he wants to get paid and felt like this was his best opportunity to do so.

For now Gordon will sit out while his agent and the Chargers try their best to reach an agreement on a new deal.  The worst case scenario for the Chargers is to have their top running back miss regular season games.
