Chargers running back Melvin Gordon, who held out for a new contract last season and failed, will reportedly test free agency this offseason.
Gordon played 12 games under a franchise tag isn’t expected to receive a long-term deal from Los Angeles before free agency begins.

The Chargers appear are headed down the path of a full rebuild. They’re going to need a new quarterback and running back if Gordon signs elsewhere.
