Kentavious Caldwell-Poped has yet to reach his prime, and is coming off a career year in his first season with Los Angeles.
He was arguably the Lakers’ top shooting threat, hitting career-highs of 42.6 percent from the field and 38.3 percent from 3-point range. So he’s not LeBron or Lonzo, but he’s still a talent.
Now onto the good stuff.
Let’s meet his wife McKenzie Caldwell-Pope.
The Georgia native is happily married to McKenzie Caldwell-Pope.
The couple met in Dallas, Texas, while Caldwell-Pope was playing for the Detroit Pistons. According to Mckenzie, she was working for a local designer at the time her beau and his teammates were in town to play the Dallas Mavericks.
After the game, Kentavious and his teammates decided to hang around town and ended up at a lounge in the city where her company was hosting an event that night. They met and took a liking to each other which was followed by their dating. After three years of dating, the couple decided to tie the knots on the 11th of June 2016.
Mckenzie had a son (Kenzo) from a previous relationship, who was just one when the couple began dating, following their marriage, Ken began playing the role of a mom to little Kenzo and in 2017, the couple welcomed a son together, Ken Jr.
