CJ McCollum has been dating Elise Esposito for several years. She is a graduate of LeHigh University with a degree in Behavioral Neuroscience. A real smart one. 

Elise can often be seen at the arena for C.J.’s games and the couple appears to travel pretty often. Not sure when CJ will propose, but it’s long overdue. She’s on her own career path, and she’s not looking to join any superteams. 

That’s probably why her and CJ get along so well. Not so sure CJ was with her in Vegas when he was spotted at the club. Ooops, sorry CJ.
