You may have recently seen Kate Longworth get doused by a Gatorade shower while reporting for the Diamondbacks.
Was it @KateLongworth who won the game? Or was this targeting? Seems like targeting. pic.twitter.com/mxDMrFthTG

I think Arizona Diamondbacks’ Steven Souza Jr. was actually aiming for reporter Kate Longworth and not the intended A.J. Pollock. You tell me who gets all the Gatorade…
If you’re unfamiliar with Kate, here’s some background on her. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Arizona. Back in college, she was an assistant sports editor and writer for the school’s student newspaper, the Arizona Daily Wildcat.
Check out some pics of Kate below:
Kate Longworth was the first female sports anchor/reporter at KPSP-TV (CBS) in Palm Springs, California. After graduating from college, Longworth worked as a media relations director for Major League Baseball’s Arizona Fall League.
From 2008 to 2015 Longworth was a game reporter for the Oakland A’s, host of All A’s, and a reporter for Raiders Postgame Live, at Comcast SportsNet in San Francisco. She is also an anchor/reporter for SportsNet Central, as well as a game reporter for the San Jose Sharks and San Jose Earthquakes.
She’s been covering the Arizona Diamondbacks since April 2015, and has become a fan favorite. Keep those Kateorade Showers coming Kate.
Undercover (or water) Reporting? Thanks for the pic of the #KateoradeShower ☔ https://t.co/XbDk7P4mTT
