Washington Nationals pitcher Max Scherzer can do it all. He’s dominant on the mound and it turns out he’s a stealthy base runner too.
On Saturday afternoon against the Royals, while the Nats sported Expos throwback uniforms, he stole second base. He did so with ease, swiping second standing up.

It was just Scherzer’s second career stolen base. On the bump, he went 7 innings, struck out 11, without giving up a run in the 6-0 shutout. He just can’t be stopped.
