Dodgers first baseman Max Muncy was no match for the sun on Sunday in Los Angeles. He had sunglasses on and was attempting to shield the sun from his view on a routine pop-up when he lost the ball.
Once he lost the ball in the sun, Muncy tried to take cover to avoid being hit by it. That didn’t work and the ball drilled him in the head as it fell back to earth.
