During the offseason Matthew Stafford’s wife, Kelly, found out that she had a brain tumor that required surgery.  She underwent a 12-hour surgery and has been rehabbing every since.

Kelly has made incredible progress and is even using boxing as a way to recover from the surgery.  She can definitely throw hands.

On Sunday, she shared a video of Matthew revealing the cleats he had designed for the My Cause My Cleats campaign.  The cleats are for the Acoustic Neuroma Association, the type of brain tumor Kelly had.

Unfortunately Matthew has broken bones in his back and couldn’t wear the cleats during a game this season, but that doesn’t lessen the gesture.
