The Lions are taking on the Chiefs in Detroit on Sunday and could be doing so without quarterback Matthew Stafford. He was limited in practice on Friday and is listed as question with a hip injury.
The first place Lions (that’s right 2-0-1 is good enough for first place in the NFC North) will need their franchise quarterback if they have any chance of defeating the Chiefs.
