Via The San Francisco Chronicle:

Matt Harvey made what was potentially his final appearance with the A’s organization Tuesday, giving up seven hits, four walks and four runs for Triple-A Las Vegas and striking out seven in five innings.

Harvey told The Chronicle that he has an out in his minor-league deal with Oakland on Thursday; that means should any teams with interest in him for a big-league job, particularly as a starter, he could choose to move on. Going into another offseason as a free agent, Harvey would like to be able to showcase himself in the majors the final month if possible.

You would think the start of the season with the Angels would have been enough of a wake-up call for Harvey.

If he wants to pitch in the MLB, then he needs to take whatever job is available.  He doesn’t have what it takes to start games anymore.
