After a miserable start to the 2019 season with the Angels, Matt Harvey was released and signed a Minor League with the A’s. On Thursday the right-hander could opt out of that deal.
Harvey reportedly wants another crack at a starting job on a Major League roster. Right now it seems like a long shot that any MLB team would show interest in him as a starter.
