New Orleans natives Master P and Romeo are excited about the Pelicans landing the top pick and the prospects of Zion Williamson coming to town. So excited they offered him a role in their next movie and a $20 million shoe deal to wear their shoes off the court.
Via TMZ Sports:
“I know Zion gonna get a big shoe deal from Nike or Adidas or whatever. We gonna get him a deal just to have to wear shoes outside of basketball.”
Question is, how much is P willing to pay?
“Just to wear it on the side, not in the game, I’m saying $20 [million].”
It seems like a pretty good deal for Zion, although his deal with a major shoe company is probably going to set him up for life.
