Raiders running back and Oakland native Marshawn Lynch spoke in front of Oakland’s City Council on Wednesday night on behalf of the A’s, who are trying to get a ballpark project funded. Beast Mode, who doesn’t normally do a ton of talking, kept his comments brief and straight to the point.
Oakland’s own @MoneyLynch spoke in front of the city council tonight on behalf of the A’s ballpark project. “We’re losing the Warriors. We’re losing the Raiders. Best not lose the A’s. (I) appreciate it.” #RootedInOakland pic.twitter.com/Nq85EBqM3g

Is there anything better than this? Lynch was wearing a hoodie with shorts and a lovely socks and sandals combination that he topped off with a book bag. If this doesn’t keep the A’s in Oakland, nothing will.
