An attorney for Brett Gardner filed an order of protection against Gina Devasahayam in Bronx civil court last week.
The Yankees are reportedly working to ban Devasahayam from all MLB stadiums.
Devasahayam sued Gardner, the Yankees and the MLB last year after she was kicked out of Yankee Stadium during a playoff game in October.

The 46-year-old has never actually met Gardner, a married father-of-two.
She claimed in her lawsuit that the outfielder has showed obvious interest in her.
