The Wizards overcame a 24-point deficit on Tuesday night to beat the Clippers. But that didn’t have the Wizards locker room holding hands and pretending everything was just fine.
In fact, Markieff Morris made it clear that the win didn’t change anything in their locker room. Washington is a long way away from erasing their slow start and smoothing everything out.
Following the win, Morris went on a NSFW rant about what is going on in Washington.
Morris seemed to be referencing the text message that Stephen A. read from someone in the Wizards locker room. It’s safe to say that Morris wasn’t the originator of that message.
As far as the other comments Morris made, he’s not wrong. The Wizards are very messed up. Whether or not Washington has to make changes to get things turned all the way around has yet to be seen.
