Former Yankees slugger Mark Teixeira is tried out from trying to sell his Westlake, TX, mansion. It’s been listed for 10 years, but on May 12th, the five-bedroom, 8,554-square-foot home will be handed over to the highest bidder.
His last asking price was nearly $4 million, but the upcoming auction will have no reserve. So, technically, the mansion could sell for as little as $1. Of course that won’t happen, but it could be a good bargain for the right bidder.
