Mark Cuban’s $19M Laguna Beach Purchase Comes Fully Loaded With Amenities

Although Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is based in Texas, the “Shark Tank” star also spends plenty of time on the West Coast. 

So he and his family will likely get some serious use out of this six-bedroom, 10-bath, contemporary stunner in the elite Montage Residences.

Cuban bought the villa as a vacation home, according to Villa Real Estate. 

John Stanaland, who sold the house to Cuban last week, said it was the highest sale in Laguna Beach’s exclusive Montage Residences community in 2018.
