Today he went as hard as he does at referees toward a pair of U.S. Senators, Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-New York, and John Cornyn, R-Texas, and the coronavirus stimulus package stalemate in the U.S. Senate. A version of the bill did not pass the chamber Sunday, and the two sides remain close to a deal Tuesday.
