Following the Celtics loss to the Nets, Marcus Smart had to be held back from going after referee John Goble. He confronted the refs after the game and the conversation got a little heated.
Smart’s issue with the referee was a foul call at the end of regulation that fouled him out of the game and put Caris LeVert at the free throw line to send the game to overtime.

The Celtics guard could be suspended for his postgame actions which included some profanities thrown Goble’s way.
