Tennessee Titans Quarterback Marcus Mariota went to the Special Olympics event at the Titans’ stadium over the weekend, and he did some real good. Mariota made sure to have a personal interaction with each and every athlete at the event.
He also wouldn’t leave until every single kid caught a pass from him. “I just like seeing their faces light up,” Mariota said of attending the Special Olympics.
“I enjoy being around them. I think they’ve got such a great perspective on life, and they’re always so happy.”

Fun fact: Marcus has been doing this kind of thing since forever. Even before the fame and w/o media presence. It’s just how he was raised and how’s he’s always lived. He’s got class, but it’s no act #TitanUp #GoDucks

Vikings fan here, love Mariota, he is the kind of pro athlete you want to see succeed. This was a small fraction of his time that just gave those kids memories that they will cherish forever. pic.twitter.com/WyFjHOGc0F
