On Monday news broke that former Spurs great Tim Duncan was returning to San Antonio as an assistant coach. The official announcement from the Spurs didn’t come from the Spurs until later on Monday night and included the news that Will Hardy was also joining as an assistant.
Duncan’s former teammate Manu Ginobili had the perfect response to the latest San Antonio Spurs news that he was joining Gregg Popovich’s coaching staff.
