One of Arizona’s male cheerleaders was ejected from Thursday night’s Arizona-Arizona State game for heckling a referee.  

The ejection occured while free throws were being shot.  The referee stopped the game, turned around and tossed the cheerleader.

Has a cheerleader ever been ejected from a game?  How soft of a referee do you have to be to eject a cheerleader?  

Officiating has hit a new low.  It might be time for this referee to hang up the whistle.
