At the end of the 4th quarter of the Lakers 110-109 overtime victory against the Mavericks on Friday night, Dwight Howard and Luka Doncic collided going after a loose ball.
The Mavs star was on the losing end of the exchange. He was knocked to the ground by Howard and had a cut that required stitches opened up on his head.
To make matters worse Howard wasn’t called for a foul on the play. Doncic cleared the concussion protocol and would only miss the final 6.4 seconds of regulation.
