Yankees starter Luis Severino reportedly showed up extremely late for his Game 3 start. According to reports, he didn’t start warming up for the 7:40 pm start until 7:32 pm.
Ron Darling said on TBS that Severino had to be told just minutes ago that the game started at 7:40. He didn’t start his warm-ups until 7:32 which Darling indicated was very late.

Severino only went 3+ innings and gave up 6 earned runs on 7 hits while only striking out two. A miserably start for a big game.
The slow start was too much for the Yankees to overcome and they went on to lose the game 16-1. It was so bad that New York even had a position player pitch in the 9th inning.
The Yankees need to make sure their Game 4 starter shows up with plenty of time to warm up for the game.
