Looks like Lonzo took a break from the weight room.
Lonzo Ball said he added 15-20 pounds of muscle in the offseason last year.
“You can feel a big difference. Last year I was 190 and this year I’m about 205-210, depending on the day. It helps a lot … I can get to the basket easier, switch better guarding bigs. I play 1-4 switch to it helps me a lot,” Ball said.
One of the biggest knocks on Ball going into his rookie season was that his body wasn’t ready for the NBA.
Now it appears he’s right back where he started, as Lonzo was spotted putting up shots with his shirt off this weekend.
Looking pretty skinny. Not to mention, his fingers looking funky as his shot.

Lonzo better put back on some muscle if he’s ever going to take his game to the next level.
Will he even be on the Lakers to start next season?
He better hit the weight room if he wants a spot at LeBron’s table.
