Not sure who had the bright idea of a youth baseball player going in slow motion to home plate. Check out this video below, the kid is doing his best to recreate slow motion, and the baseball parents in the crowd are loving every second of it.
At one point, the coach tries to coax the little man to go a little faster, as everyone was waiting on him to cross home plate.
Respect for the game starts at a young age, and this kind of thing just sets a bad example, and most likely problems later on in life. Yea, I may be taking this a little too seriously, however, the game of baseball should be played the right way, at any and every level. If this is tee ball, then maybe it would be okay.
