Back in May, a foul ball off the bat of Cubs outfielder Albert Almora Jr. hit a two-year-old girl in the head. She suffered a skull fracture and seizures from the unfortunate incident. It left Almora visibly shaken.
According to the family’s attorney, the little girl suffered permanent damage from the foul ball and is still on seizure medication. He says she maybe on the medication for the rest of her life.

Of course the fact that an attorney is releasing statements means there’s likely some sort of court battle and/or settlement with the Astros on the horizon.
