At first you don’t succeed, try, try again. During warmups before the Capitals hosted the Blue Jackets in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference quarterfinal on Sunday in Washington, Caps forward Brett Connolly wanted to get this girl a warm up puck. First try no luck.   

This process then repeated, as Connolly made a second effort to get her a puck. Nope.  On the third attempt, she got her hockey puck, and everything was right in the world. Watch the special moment below:  

Hockey fans are always the most passionate, and as you can see, they start very young. That girl really went thru an emotional rollercoaster, no doubt she slept with that puck.
