Next week’s NFL Draft could get a little interesting as early as the No. 3 overall pick. Everyone is expecting the Bengals to take Joe Burrow with the No. 1 pick and the Redskins to select Chase Young with the No. 2 pick.
Barring an unforeseen major trade taking place that’s how the first two picks will go down. The Lions currently have the No. 3 overall pick and are in talks with other teams about trading it.
Will a team decide to trade up to get the player they want? It’s certainly possible and for the right price could make things interesting.
Lions GM Bob Quinn revealed on a call with reporters on Friday that he is talking with teams about the possibility of trading the pick.
