Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell is holding out again after being franchise tagged for the second year in a row. That doesn’t mean he’s just sitting around at home.

On Monday night into the early hours of Tuesday morning, Bell was celebrating his girlfriend Marliesia Ortiz’s birthday at a strip club.

Ortiz certainly wasn’t the only one enjoying themselves.  Bell got in on the stripper action and was a little handsy during a private dance.
