Jets running back Le’Veon Bell became the latest NFL star to issue an emotional statement reacting to George Floyd’s killing.
People protested across America this past weekend, in the wake of Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin killing Floyd, while restraining him with a knee to the neck during an arrest.
The demonstrations call for an end to police brutality against minorities.

While some NFL teams have issued statements about Floyd’s killing and the ensuing protests, the Jets and Giants have so far opted not to do so.
But that didn’t stop Le’Veon.
