If you thought Le’Veon Bell was just going to end his holdout by quietly walking into the Steelers facility you are sadly mistaken. He is in Pittsburgh, but new information uncovered by the people advising him could mean he won’t return this season at all.
These bizarre, upside-down, tweets he sent out on Wednesday night seem to indicate that despite leaving Miami for Pittsburgh, Bell may be willing to sit out the rest of the year.
At this point nobody really knows what the Steelers running back plans on doing. Bell has left a ton of money on the table and appears to have lowered his value to Pittsburgh in the process.
I would be shocked if the Steelers offered him a long-term deal in the off-season.
