Bell has been pulled out of two straight practices so he could provide a urine sample.
All NFL players under contract are tested for recreational drugs once per year at some point between April 20th and Aug. 9th per the league’s substance abuse policy.
Players who are in the league’s substance abuse program can be tested more frequently.
Random testing for performance enhancing drugs can happen at any time.
