A wild day in the NFL is going to extend at least a few more days. Teams made a ton of roster moves including the release of some big name veterans.
One of those big name veterans is running back LeSean McCoy, who was released by the Bills. Where he ends up could cause a couple of other moves to be made.
McCoy has several teams reportedly interested in signing him. The Chargers are one of those teams. Their starting running back, Melvin Gordon, is currently holding out and wants a trade if he doesn’t get a new deal.
With McCoy now on the open market, the Chargers have granted Gordon permission to seek a willing trade partner.
