After the LeBron Lakers era got off to an emphatic start Thursday night, L.A.’s defense couldn’t contain the Trail Blazers’ dynamic backcourt duo, as Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum spoiled James’ purple-and-gold premiere to lead Portland to a 128-119 victory at the Moda Center.
LeBron finished with 26 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. He had some monstrous dunks, and overall, the feeling was LeBron’s debut was
