LeBron James left the Christmas Day game against the Warriors in the third quarter after injuring his groin. He could be seen telling the Lakers training staff that he felt it pop.
LeBron limped to the locker room to be evaluated and didn’t return.
The Lakers would finish off the Warriors in dominant fashion and take home a 127-101 win on Christmas. As for LeBron, he didn’t suffer any major damage and is said to have a slight groin strain.

That’s good news for the Lakers, who proved to themselves that they can hang with the defending champs, even when LeBron goes down with an injury.
