Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James praised Lonzo Ball’s decision to cut ties with Big Baller Brand, stating that it symbolizes Ball’s growth as an individual.
If you haven’t already heard, rumors are swirling that Lonzo Ball is going to leave his father’s Big Baller Brand for greener pastures.
LeBron Said about Lonzo:
“I love the fact that he’s taking control of his [stuff]. I mean … that’s what’s really, really dope to me. Once I saw that story I just seen a kid turning into a man. ‘This is my career and I’m taking this. … I done had enough. If I’m not going to be successful, I’m not going to be successful on my terms,” said James.
Ball, who said that he would wear Kobe’s if BBB sneakers played a role in his ankle injuries, has hinted at a permanent move to Nike.
“Whatever the kid decides to do, whatever brand he comes with next — if it’s with Nike, obviously we would welcome him. I would definitely welcome him. I love the kid regardless of what shoes he had on,” added James.

This could be a good sign for Lonzo to stay with the Lakers.
If LeBron loves the kid, he’s going to want to keep him on his roster.
