LeBron James Blames AAU Coaches for Load Management in the NBA

“These kids are going into the league already banged up, and I think parents and coaches need to know [that] … well, AAU coaches don’t give a f—,” James told Yahoo Sports. “AAU coaches couldn’t give a damn about a kid and what his body is going through.”

AAU basketball is a big business.  LeBron isn’t wrong about the coaches.  It’s all about the money.  The better your team is the easier it is to get the best of the best and the more money you can make.
