On Wednesday evening The Athletic’s Richard Deitsch took to Twitter and claimed that LaVar Ball would no longer be featured on any of ESPN’s platforms.
Ball’s rep Denise White denies those claims and she took to Twitter to call out Deitsch. She claimed that LaVar appeared on an ESPN radio on Wednesday morning and was allegedly asked to be a weekly guest on the show.
Not true ! . Before @richarddeitsch puts out false information he should have done his homework . @Lavarbigballer was on @espn radio this morning and has been asked to be a weekly guest for their affiliate . This has been exploited into something it wasn’t. There was no intent! https://t.co/WkX2DJbIZj

It’s possible the ESPN affiliate didn’t get the memo. It’s also possible that Deitsch exaggerated his claim for attention. For now, we’ll have to wait and see which one is true.
